The friendly reception staff enhanced our stay while the occasional raccoons brought a good surprise to our family visit.

Cute courtyard vibes!

Loved the stylish courtyard. It was a great spot to chill. The location was a plus, super close to the beach! But, man, two of our rooms had water issues. They moved us once, but the struggle was real. Food was good too, though could use a few more breakfast options.

Truly enjoyed the place, it was pretty and worked for me. There were good beds and climate control and a TV in the twin room. Garden view was an unexpected bonus. All the staff was amicable, tackled my issues.

The hotel was clean and in a pleasant location, the staff were great! Main Square was next door to the venue, greatly enjoyed its location on the town square. Besides, it was really close to Holbox, the center of Hoblox, and Mexico.

the location was marvellous, not very far from holbox island. the room was big with a twin bed, the air conditioning and garden view for a great stay. the staff was great on arrival and throughout the stay.

Perfect Getaway for Solo Travelers!

I enjoyed my stay ! I loved relaxing by the vibrant beach just two blocks away. Don't miss out on the local cuisine nearby. Their seafood tacos are divine. Remember to ask for a receipt during check-in to avoid confusion.

great location , but needs better seating

The air conditioning kept the room actually cool . Our standard double room had big beds with a comfortable sleep every night. The staff at the reception was friendly and genuinely tried to keep the place clean. The garden view added a lovely touch to our mornings as we enjoyed the wildlife nearby.

The common area seating was not very comfortable for relaxation.

perfectly situated for beach and downtown strolls

I loved being just a few steps away from downtown Holbox and less than a 5-minute walk to the beach. The rooms were cozy with outdoor seating.

The stay included a stylish courtyard that provided a nice ambiance, along with a comfortable room with a table and chairs outside. Location was excellent, close to both the beach and street food vendors. The hotel feels a bit dated, and cleanliness could be improved. Some raccoons made an appearance, amusing but not ideal for everyone.

Staying at los arcos holbox was a delight! The location is fantastic, just right across from the main square. The family running the hotel were friendly and cute. The standard triple room was a comfortable choice for us.

The ambiance is laid-back, embodying a relaxed beach vibe suited for unwinding after a day of adventures. Unique décor elements, like local art pieces and rustic wooden accents, enhance the charm.

Room conditions felt outdated, with a noticeable musty smell and signs of moisture around the air conditioner and bathroom. The shower offered inconsistent hot water, and the plumbing needed attention. A foot pad in the shower would reduce water tracking into the room. WiFi only worked near the reception area, and frequent electrical outages left guests in the dark. A torn mosquito net on the door didn't help with air circulation, and the room's overall lack of maintenance didn't meet the expectations for the price point.
